Cancellation policy

ZŁOTY POTOK RESORT - CANCELLATION FROM BOOKING

1. The parties provide for the possibility of resignation from the booking made. The declaration of cancellation of the reservation should be submitted using the addresses and telephone numbers provided above.
2. In the event of withdrawal of the reservation, the Center does not return the advance payment. It is possible to change the date of stay, maintaining the conditions agreed so far, or to change the amount paid into a voucher to be used for any services provided in the Center.
3. The advance payment is refundable in the event of withdrawal from the contract by the seller.
4. Canceling a reservation less than 7 days before the planned arrival is tantamount to the obligation to pay the entire amount for the stay.
5. In other cases (including in the case of shortening or interrupting the agreed stay), the fee will not be refunded.
6. Upon a motivated written request of the Guest, the Director of the facility may grant the Guest a refund of the payment made in whole or in part.
7. If the Guest has not notified the Center about the delay of his arrival, his / her failure to show up at the Center by 7:00 am on the day following the start of the planned stay is tantamount to resignation from the stay and the Guest charging the entire amount for the stay.
