INFORMATION CLAUSE - ZŁOTY POTOK RESORT

1. The controller of your personal data is Złoty Potok Resort Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Złoty Potok 42, 59-820 Leśna,
2. Your personal data shall be processed in order to take actions aimed at concluding a contract - presentation of a commercial offer, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection of 27 April 2016
3. The recipients of your personal data shall be entities participating in the execution of the order
4. Your personal data will be stored until the business purposes of the administrator cease
5. You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing
6. providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to conclude a contract
