Złoty Potok Resort - REGULATIONS

APPLICABLE HOLIDAYERS AND GUESTS OF THE REST CENTER ZŁOTY POTOK RESORT

1. These regulations constitute an agreement between Złoty Potok Resort Sp. in Złoty Potok, and a person using the services of the Company.
2. Złoty Potok Resort Sp. z o.o. in Złoty Potok is hereinafter referred to as the Center, and the person using it - the Guest or the Holidaymaker.
3. The guest agrees with the terms of these Regulations (agreement) at the time of making the advance payment or payment of the total amount due on the spot, if the advance payment was not required or at the moment of starting the stay at the Resort.
4. Only people who have paid for their stay at the resort may stay at the Złoty Potok Resort.
5. There is a curfew at the resort from 22.00 to 6.00. Persons staying on the premises undertake not to disturb the silence of the night and the peaceful stay of other guests. The employees of the center are entitled to refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this principle.
6. Guests on the premises of the Osrodek have the right to stay only in places intended for the stay of guests. It is forbidden for guests to stay in appropriately marked places intended for employees or staff of the Center. A breach of the above prohibition by the Guest may result in the Guest being charged a contractual penalty in the amount of PLN 100 for each violation.
7. Guests staying on the premises of the Osrodek undertake to follow the instructions of the employees of the Center in terms of maintaining the safety and order of the Guests' stay.
8. In the event of gross violation of the provisions of these Regulations, in particular in the event of disturbing the stay of other Guests, violating the inviolability of other Guests or employees of the Center, using gestures or words commonly considered offensive, persistent non-compliance with the instructions of the Resort's employees, the Guest may be charged a contractual penalty of 1000 PLN and may be expelled from the Center. At the same time, the Resort reserves the right to keep the Guest's personal belongings in order to satisfy any claims for damages related to the Guest's behavior.
9. The hotel day lasts from 3 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next day. Staying a house or a room after 11.00, including leaving personal belongings of a person using the services of the Center in it, is treated as an extension of the stay for another day, for which a fee is charged in accordance with the Center's price list. In the event that the Guest leaves the house or room by 16.00, a fee will be charged according to the price list for half a day
10. The resort charges a refundable deposit in the amount of PLN 300 to secure the equipment of the house. The guest is obliged to account for the equipment of the cottage in accordance with the list. He bears full financial responsibility for damage, destruction or lack of equipment handed over for use during the stay. In the event of damage caused by guests, a fee will be charged for damaged items according to the current market prices increased by the costs associated with the purchase, transport and assembly of damaged items.
11. The formalities related to the registration and payment for the stay are made on the day of arrival
12. Holidaymakers can receive guests at the resort from 8.00 to 22.00 after prior notification at the reception and payment of the applicable admission fee to the resort. In the event that other people are staying overnight, the landlord of the cottage is obliged to pay the accommodation fee in accordance with the Center's price list and pay a contractual penalty of PLN 300.
13. In the event of cancellation of the booked stay (late arrival, early departure), the fees are non-refundable.
14. The Center is not responsible for items lost during the stay in the Center. The obligation to protect against theft and damage rests with the Guest.
15. The resort has a free, guarded car park, where guests park their cars. At each house, the Guest may use one parking space.
16. It is forbidden to barbecue on the terraces and on the beach, and to light a fire in places that are not designated for this.
17. The Director of the center decides in all matters not covered by these regulations.
